Return & Exchange Policy

We understand that buying online can be challenging! So, we offer returns or exchanges on unused and unwashed apparel. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If you are in the States, you have 15 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. If you are International, you have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

Eligible for a total return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Please print out our return form and attach it to your order with your order number, full name, and date, and mark either refund request or exchange details.

• We reserve the right to deny exchanges and returns that have been worn, washed, smelled of smoke or perfume, have pet hair, etc.

NOTE: Sale items are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. The following products are considered final sale: Jewelry, Canvas Artwork, Wooden Crosses, Anointing Oil, clearance sale items, and free items.
