Below are a few of our most frequently asked questions.

Each order will receive a tracking number via email from the USPS or UPS services.

Orders will be processed within 24-72 hours of being placed and usually
arrive in the US within 3-10 business days of shipping. International shipping usually
takes 4-8 weeks, sometimes a little longer.

Holidays, please expect a slight delay as everything is prepared in-house and orders increase significantly.  

NOTE: All In 1 Body is not responsible for:

  • Delays in USPS or UPS shipping.
  • International duties or customs charges.
  • For lost, damaged, or marked delivered items, please see below.

When you purchase your best membership option, it will be automatically charged to your card every 1st of the month, and your item will ship on the 15th. You can change the size of the item, you can cancel at any time, and you can skip any month.

NOTE: Existing All In 1 Body VIP members will be billed on the first of every month. The items will ship out on the 15th of the month.

Welcome, New All-In-1 Body members! You will be billed on the day of your order, and if you order on or before the 15th of the month, you will receive the current month's All-In-1 Body monthly design.

To All In 1 Body members who order after the 15th of the month will receive next month's new design and will be charged again on the first of the month.

Depending on the option you selected, you will receive the design of the month with your size and the color of your choice.

Each product listed has size charts in the description. Please measure a shirt, hoodie, or jogger you have and like the fit. Compare your measurements to our size charts for that item. As you know, every manufacturer is a little different. Measure your item on a flat surface to get your best fit. It's essential to check the size charts to fit your item perfectly.

(Please remember that shirts can vary up to a 1/2" of an inch from the size chart, and design placement might vary up to 1/4" inch.)

Because all of our items are done in-house and handprinted to order, we only allow cancellations up to 5 hours after your order is placed.

  • Please add your order number, full name, and the email you used to place your order.

We understand that buying online can be challenging! So, we offer returns or exchanges on unused and unwashed apparel. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

If you are in the States, you have 15 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received
it. If you are International, you have 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it.

Eligible for a total return or exchange, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. Please print out our return form and attach it to your order with your order number, full name, and date, and mark either refund request or exchange details.

We reserve the right to deny exchanges and returns that have been worn, washed, smelled of smoke or perfume, have pet hair, etc.

NOTE: Sale items are ineligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. The following products are considered final sale: Jewelry, Canvas Artwork, Wood Signs and Crosses, Anointing Oil, Stickers, Decals, Buttons, clearance sale items, and free items.

No, we do not split orders. Please place the orders separately if you would like to send different items to different locations.
